Attention: The road to the lake is a toll road and is only open in summer!

Munich - Rosenheim - Kufstein - Innsbruck - Brenner freeway A22 - exit Brixen/Bressanone – Pustertal state road to Bruneck/Brunico - drive left into the Ahrntal valley.
Coming from the west:
Reschenpass - Bolzano - Bressanone exit - Pustertal state road to Bruneck/Brunico - drive left into the Ahrntal valley
Coming from the east:
Tauern freeway or Felbertauern tunnel to Lienz and on to Innichen/San Candido – Toblach/Dobbiaco – Bruneck/Brunico - drive right into the Ahrntal valley
Coming from the south:
Verona - Trento - Bolzano - Brenner freeway A22 - exit Brixen/Bressanone - Pustertal state road to Bruneck/Brunico - drive left into the Ahrntal valley.
