The cozy and charming Alpine-style apartments have a living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bidet and can accommodate up to 6 people. The furnishings also include a TV and high-speed WiFi.

Each apartment has its own balcony with a view of the surrounding mountain scenery and natural landscape.

The farm also offers an open terrace and a communal outdoor area with garden, barbecue and children's playground as well as a ski depot.

After a three-minute drive (approx. 2km) you will reach the village of Lappach/Lappago with its supermarket. After an eight to ten-minute drive you reach the village of Mühlwald/Selva dei Molini with two supermarkets. Several restaurants can also be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.
- The Speikboden ski area is only 15 minutes away and can also be reached by public transport.
- The Kronplatz ski area is 30 km away.
- The Neves reservoir is the starting point for numerous hikes and ski tours and is only 10 minutes away by car.
